Whether you’re making this salad for your family or a party this easy fruit salad with cool whip is sure to impress those you serve it to. It’s a very quick salad to put together which means if you’ve put off trying to figure out what to take to the potluck, don’t worry I got you! This the perfect last-minute dish.

It has also been toddler tested and verified. My little one loves this salad! After she had her fist helping she asked for “More” so you there’s a pretty good chance your picky kiddos will also love this fruit salad.

What You’ll Need:

Ingredients:

  • 5 oz of vanilla pudding
  • 1/2 cup of cool whip (refrigerated)
  • 1 cup grapes
  • 1 cup strawberries
  • 1 can mandarin oranges
  • 1 can pineapple tidbits
  • 1 cup mini marshmallows

Step 1

For the pudding you can either make instant pudding or buy already made pudding. Make sure you refrigerate the pudding while you cut the fruit. So if you’re making instant pudding, make it then stick it in the fridge and proceed to step #2.

Step 2

Cut the strawberries and the grapes. I cut the grapes in fourths so they wouldn’t be a choking hazard for her. If you are just making this dish for adults you can just cut the grapes in half. Then drain the juice from the madarin oranges and the pineapple.

Step 3

Mix the pudding and the refrigerated cool whip together:

Step 4

Mix all the fruit in, and you can either serve immediately or you can store it in the fridge until it’s time to serve.
